FOR RESERVATIONS AT THE WITCHERY

Welcome to The Witchery's reservation service. By making a reservation at The Witchery, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

TABLE RESERVATIONS

 
1. Credit Card Details
The Witchery kindly requests credit card details to secure all reservations. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met.
 
2. Cancellations
We ask for 4 hours’ notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £50pp fee.
 
3. Children
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age in our dining rooms and we do not have a children's menu.
 
4. Minimum Order
We respectfully require a minimum order of one main course per person.
 
5.Table Size
Our maximum table size is 6 guests.
 
We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via text or email to confirm your booking.
We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible.
You can contact our reservations team at info@thewitchery.com and they will be happy to help.
Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party, and we will be happy to accommodate.
We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.
By making a reservation at The Witchery by the Castle you agree to our reservation cancellation terms.

SUITE RESERVATIONS

 
1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in Time: After 2:30 PM on the day of arrivalCheck-out Time: Before 11:30 AM on the day of departure

Please note that early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

2. Guarantee Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking with a £100 per night non-refundable deposit. The remaining payment for your stay is due upon arrival at the hotel.
 
Pre-paid booking policy - Full prepayment at time of booking - non-refundable - non-transferable.
 
Multiple room night reservations – For reservations including 4 or more room nights we require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
We recommend that you hold suitable travel insurance in case you need to cancel due to unforeseen events and a cancellation charge becomes due.  You may cancel your reservation without further penalty up to 12:00 PM (noon) local hotel time, seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival date. If you fail to cancel by this time, or if you do not arrive as scheduled, the full amount of your stay will be charged to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking.
 
Pre-paid booking policy - No cancellations accepted on this rate - full deposit required at time of booking - non-refundable.
 
4. Reservation Modifications
Any changes to your reservation, including changes to the arrival date, departure date, or suite, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Please contact our reservations department to request any modifications.
5. No-Show Policy
In the event that you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date and have not cancelled your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay.
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following credit/debit cards for guaranteeing and paying for your reservation:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express

Please ensure that your credit/debit card is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the cost of your stay.

7. Suite Rates
Suite rates are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates may vary based on the time of booking and the length of stay.

8. Special Requests
We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, but these requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

9. LiabilityThe Witchery is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided for valuables.
Any item left behind and unclaimed will be kept for no longer than 1 month.
