From the crystal-clear waters off the west coast of Scotland, grown sustainably in the sound of Cumbrae, the succulent gems are nurtured within their very own oyster farm, a legacy established in 1995. 

Also on our menu, you’ll find our shellfish bisque, made using roasted langoustines, langoustine stock, fresh tomatoes, root vegetables, zest of orange and saffron. You can also delight in our delicious seafood pie on our 2-course lunch menu, salmon, hake, mussels, and leeks, cooked in a creamy seafood velouté and topped with buttery mashed potato.
