The Witchery proudly supports the work of some of Scotland's finest food producers, we use the best seasonal produce we can find.

These are just some of the foragers, farmers, fishermen, growers, cheese makers, smokers, butchers and gamekeepers who nurture some of the best produce available.

Peelham Farm supplies outstanding home-reared Tamworth pork in beautiful Berwickshire.
Findlay's of Portobello with their award-winning traditional haggis.
Cairngorms Wild Red Deer shot on the hill.
John Gilmour, the renowned East Lothian butcher supplies our Scotch beef fillet which is 28 day aged and fully traceable - as you'd expect we are members of the Scotch Beef Club.
Gartmorn Farm in Alloa are passionate about rearing quality poultry including our free-range chicken and duck.
Guy Grieve of the Ethical Shellfish Company hand-dives our scallops in the grade-A waters around the Isle of Mull. He delivers them to us on the shell within 8 hours of harvest with brown crabs, langoustines and lobsters.
Inverawe Smokehouse produces exquisite smoked fish and our salmon is the finest and most sustainable there is, from the cold, clear waters of Loch Duart in Sutherland.
Lindisfarne Oysters come from just over the border - the historic oyster beds in the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve, others from the clear blue waters of the Donegal coast where a family-owned business have been harvesting "Best Irish Oysters" for 100 years.

Carroll's Heritage Potatoes. The Carroll's have been farming at Tiptoe Farm, Northumberland, since the 1930's and now specialise in Heritage potatoes - they are award-winning producers of these wonderful old varieties.
